HOW TO ENROLL — STEP BY STEP
Step 1 — Schedule a Tour
The best way to know if Norwood Academy is the right fit for your family is to see it for yourself. Book a free tour and we'll show you around our classrooms, introduce you to our educators, and answer all your questions.
Schedule a TourStep 2 — Complete Your Enrollment Paperwork Online
We use Brightwheel — a trusted childcare management platform — to handle all enrollment paperwork digitally. No printing, no hassle. You can complete everything from your phone or computer, including:
- Child's personal and medical information
- Emergency contacts
- Authorized pickup persons
- Daily care preferences and routines
You will receive a Brightwheel invitation link once your spot is confirmed.
Step 3 — Submit Required Documents
To complete enrollment, you will need to provide:
- 📋 Copy of your child's up-to-date immunization records
- Any relevant medical or allergy information
- 📋 Completed emergency contact form (via Brightwheel)
Step 4 — Pay Enrollment Fee & First Week's Tuition
Once your paperwork is complete and your documents are submitted, you'll pay the enrollment fee and first week's tuition to secure your child's spot.

Step 5 — Welcome to Norwood Academy!
Your child is officially enrolled. Our team will be in touch ahead of their first day to walk you through drop-off procedures, daily schedules, and what to bring. We'll make sure your child — and you — feel confident and excited from day one.

At Norwood Academy, open communication between our staff and families is at the heart of everything we do. Once your child is enrolled, you can expect:
- Daily updates via Brightwheel — real-time notifications on your child's activities, meals, nap times, and milestones, with photos
- Two progress reports per year — detailed documentation of your child's development and learning journey
- Direct access to teachers — our educators are always available to discuss your child's progress, concerns, or questions
- Family events and parent-teacher conferences — because we believe the best outcomes happen when families and educators work together
