Shanti brings 38 years of experience in education, having worked as a physics teacher and assistant principal across Philadelphia and Susquehanna school districts before dedicating the last eight years to running a thriving daycare of over 60 children. She is a respected figure in the Montessori community and personally oversees both academies.
